Just a stone’s throw from the sea, the property boasts traditional craftsmanship inside and out, with intricate cornices, high sash windows, arched doors, and charming dormers. At its core, the house is built using advanced SIP panels, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency and structural integrity, complemented by HPV heating for sustainable living. Inside, warm tones, wood flooring, and timber staircases create a period-inspired aesthetic that’s as inviting as the panoramic coastal views it frames. The Design Process

To bring harmony and balance to the design, we applied the Golden Ratio to key elements of the home, such as window placements and room proportions. This timeless principle guided our design decisions, creating a seamless flow and a sense of natural beauty throughout the property.
Craftsmanship and Materials
In collaboration with skilled artisans, we sourced hand-made bricks, roof tiles, and custom windows and doors. The joiners’ craftsmanship ensured the property’s period details were preserved while incorporating modern energy-efficient features, reflecting our commitment to both tradition and sustainability.
